Expansion of Schnyder SA production site in Hungary 
 

Ladies and Gentlemen,
 

Since 2017, Schnyder SA has been operating the subsidiary Schnyder Gear Tool Service Europe KFT in Hungary for sharpening and reprofiling services. Our plant in Hungary has/will be expanded in two phases to produce hobs and form cutters with the following specifications at attractive conditions: 
 

Phase 1 starting May 2024,

All special profile hobs, worm-wheel hobs, shaper cutters and power skiving tools will continue to be manufactured at our factory in Switzerland.

You can continue to send inquiries and orders for these tools to the contact persons known to you.   Your contact person in Switzerland will remain the same as before.   

The company name on our quotations, order confirmations and invoices for the tools manufactured in Hungary will be Schnyder Gear Tool Service Europe KFT Hungary, and the bank details on the invoices will now also be for our plant in Hungary.

We would be pleased to receive your orders for the tools manufactured in Hungary addressed to Schnyder Gear Tool Service Europe KFT, and we ask you to pay the corresponding invoices to our Hungarian bank.
 

If you wish, you can of course continue to address your orders for the two tool groups to our Swiss headquarters and pay the invoices to our existing bank account of "UBS Europe SE".
 

If you would like/need to open a separate vendor in your ERP system for the two tool groups manufactured in our plant in Hungary, you will find the address and bank details of our Hungarian branch below:
